• 2024-W03 (Jan-W3)📅:

  • This art by Van Gogh | Link | I don't like the most popular stuff by Van Gogh, but after finding this out, I discovered that many of his art are really close to my preferences!
  • One Piece Egghead Arc "Us" by Hiroshi Kitadani | Link | Cool song, cool visual. I really like the color, the shape design and physics in this. The animators also worked on the MV for "Kaze no Yukue" by Uta/Ado, which I absolutely adore!

• 2024-W04 (Jan-W4)📅:

  • 🖼️ Chinami Terai and Quilt Art | Link | I like these kind of patterns, the texture of quilt looks so satisfying with these kind organic patterns.
  • 🗞️ I thought software subscriptions were a ripoff until I did the math | Link | An informative article. Freemium model really isn't sustainable for many companies that don't rely on ads.
  • 🗞️ Björn Ottosson's blog about color science and OKHSV + OKHSL | Link | Pretty recent development in color technology for creative purporse.

• 2024-W05 (Feb-W1)📅:

  • 🖼️ Original Tinkertoy Computer | Link | Feels very adjacent with Analog computer (visually), maybe a good way to design something with a computer theme but not relying on conventional computer. Has a Grid structure.
